Austin Schmidt is a Director Of Photography based out of Hawaii and Los Angeles specializing in feature and commercial production. He is a member of the International Cinematographers Guild.

Having studied cinematography at New York University and FAMU in Prague he is known for creating a distinct look in a wide range of genres. After 15 years in this role Austin has worked around the world with an incredible array of talent such as John Malkovich, Ben Stiller, Donald Glover, Frank Langella, Bruce Willis, John Travolta, Jesse Eisenberg, Aubrey Plaza, Rosario Dawson, Nikki Reed and Antonio Banderas.
